What is the Strategy Springboard?

In this 1:1 consulting intensive, I help you think through and plan out your HSTI (High Stakes Talent Initiative) and get you ready to spring into action! You’ll put 60% of the work into planning together with me, and then 40% is implementation. The Strategy Springboard is a collaborative working session ideal for an HR or Talent Leader who is responsible for a major initiative and wants to do it right the first time. We meet for a full day OR spread out our time into three 2-hour sessions over 1-3 months.
