In the Talent Trust, you and your team engage in transformative professional development together while each person simultaneously gets their most important work done. Â
The program is a peer learning ecosystem led by a skilled and seasoned coach, mentor and facilitator

Outcomes
- Goal achievement: get the most important work DONE (this is not training, it is applied learning)
- For BRONZE option: the focus will be on shorter-term, smaller scope objectives
- For SILVER option: the focus will be on medium scope objectives
- For GOLD option: the focus will be on medium to large scope objectives that are more urgent or high-stakes and which would benefit from more support
- Enhanced team trust, collaboration and agility
- Increased individual and team engagement, productivity and efficiency due to:
- Making the time to move big rocks and be more reflective, strategic and planful

All options include:

Customized planning and debrief calls with the team’s leader or sponsor

Post-program recommendations for sustainment and specific development/growth areas to focus on going forward for the team and each individual
