Strategies and Tools

You receive just-in-time access to the most relevant tools for your situation - both from the program and from your peers.

Team Sessions

Each month includes a 90-minute Ideation Call and a 60-minute Intentionality Call that fit neatly into your day.

Online Community

You connect in our online Whatsapp Group or other sanctioned messenger app in between sessions for support and inspiration from Lisa and your peers  - to keep your momentum going.

Private coaching

You receive private coaching with Lisa to help you move past personal barriers, as well as craft and implement your transformational action plans.

The Team Sessions

Ideation

A 60-minute call where we explore our topic or theme for the month. 

You get a dose of inspiration from Lisa or a guest speaker, some large group discussion, and one or two breakout conversations your esteemed peers.

Intentionality

A 90-minute call to think and plan out loud with your peers in breakouts and a large group discussion with laser coaching.

These calls help you pull the thread on the ideas you've been considering and provide structure for you to set clear intentions and create a realistic plan and commitment to action.

I bring significant (25 years) experience as a senior leader and executive in the corporate world and more recently as an entrepreneur. I'm a mom and wife. I'm also a Burnout Survivor.

Education and Credentials

Talent Management is my passion.  I've been the VP of Talent Management, Director of Employee Experience and HR Business Partner.  With a degree in Education, I'm also a Certified Coach, Certified Learning and Development Professional and Certified Change Manager.

Plan for about 2-3 hours on average per month, which includes completing any pre work, attending the twice monthly meetings, one private coaching session every other month and follow-up work.

  • We meet every 2 weeks approx.
  • We meet using ZOOM video - no travel time required!
  • Homework time varies - it depends on how you learn, what you're working on and what next steps you commit to each meeting; budget at least 30-60 minutes of reflection, practice, or writing time in between sessions for best results.

That’s up to you.  In order to commit, you must DECIDE first to commit and then set yourself up to honour that commitment.  Maybe that means asking your boss to help you by respecting your group session time slots every other Thursday morning.  It’s like exercise or anything that you really want in life - you must decide to commit and then make it happen.   That’s precisely why this program exists:  to provide a framework and structure so that the super-busy Talent leader CAN spend intentional time thinking, creating, planning, musing, ideating and talking through challenges and successes out loud.

Yes, if you are motivated and committed to taking action on your identified personal and professional goals.  Yes, if you know that your intentional full participation is essential to your success. Green Apple Consulting Inc. cannot guarantee results. Successful collaboration in The Talent Trust means that Lisa plays the role of facilitator and mentor, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about desired changes and plans.  Yes, if you agree to make every effort to attend as many meetings as possible live and in-person, barring any true emergencies or vacation time.  Part of the point of this program is to help you create an accountability structure to ensure you are  spending the time you want and need on both your own growth and development and working on your most important priorities.

Yes. This program is centred around team coaching, where goals and results are co-created and therefore very specific to each team and organization.  

 The core program runs for 6-months - and this can be extended to 12 where appropriate.  We meet 2 times per month as a group, in a recurring time slot that works for your team's schedule (eg. two Thursday's a month at noon).   Sessions are recorded and accessible in the online classroom.

  • Call #1 (60 minutes) Ideation Call featuring ideas, inspiration and occasional guest speakers PLUS peer conversation, models, tools and templates (but NO heavy, lengthy workbooks and slide decks to wade through!)
  • Call # 2 (90 minutes) Intentionality Call where you get to collaborate with me and your peers through breakout discussions and laser coaching designed to help you translate your ideas to realistic action and clear commitments.

Team members also get private 1:1 coaching with me to help you get out of your own way and build momentum around your program objectives.   The number of private sessions per person is three per 6-month period, with additional sessions added if desired.
