She has over 20 years of experience in learning and organizational development in the non-profit, academic, government, military, and corporate sectors. Susan earned her SHRM-SCP and recently earned her Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Master’s of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.
