An EVP that Owns the Human Side with Keri Fraser

Episode #47

“[In creating our EVP]...there was a real opportunity for us to own the human side.”

 - Keri Fraser

It seems like so many Talent Leaders I work with right now are charged with leading the creation of their organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding.   The EVP is often a major undertaking, even in smaller organizations.  So - how do you start?  How do you roll it out?   Tune in to this episode for some really helpful examples to help spark your thinking.

My guest is Keri Fraser.   Keri is the Chief People Officer at Westland Insurance. An inclusive, collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience, Keri develops programs that empower professionals to think differently to deliver exceptional results.  Keri joined Westland in 2019 where she is responsible for developing people strategies aligned to future growth and expansion plans. Prior to that she was with Colliers International for 10+ years where she held progressively senior roles before being appointed to Vice President, North America. Keri is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from E-Cornell and is currently enrolled in the Anti-Racism Program at the University of British Columbia.
